Amazing Oceanfront Stay in Miramar Beach! We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect, right on the beach! Everything was well organized and exactly as expected. Our whole family really enjoyed the experience. The hosts were great and made everything easy and convenient. We would definitely love to come back again! Highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Miramar Beach.

The home was beautiful, the views were gorgeous, the pictures were accurate, and the home was clean. The host was quick to respond to every request, and we appreciated the notifications for scheduled maintenance. We recommend adding a fence to the front of the home. Bears greeted us 3 times. On the 3rd occasion, the bear was able to open an unlocked car (no food was left inside the car) then the bear walked on the porch and tried to open the front door. Thank God it was locked. As a result, we were afraid to use the fire pit since the bears exited the area near the fire pit. Other than the bear scares, the home was cozy and met our needs for a week in Gatlinburg. We will consider it next year when we plan our return. Thank you.

This place was perfect! It was exactly like the listing. I can be a little picky and like perfection and truly had nothing to be picky about! The place seemed brand new but had everything it needed without cluttering extras! The kitchen had enough dishes and flatware for many meals before washing! The kitchen was organized and it was easy to find everything because there wasn’t a lot of extra stuff!!! The only thing that it didn’t have that we like when we are on vacation is a dresser so we can unpacked. There is one closet. It was only 2 to us so we used the second bedroom as our closet. We would go back in a second. That porch was perfection! The hot tub was the cleanest I have ever had at a rental! It was mostly private but as the leaves fall it might be less so. Book it. You won’t be sorry!!!

The views from the home were absolutely stunning! The kitchen was fully stocked. There wasn’t a need for anything in that kitchen. The grounds were very well maintained. The pool and the hot tub were clean and there were more than enough beach towels for 10 people. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with fresh towels. The game room and massage chairs were great. Massage chairs were a welcomed addition after a day of hiking. The sauna was clean and a great addition for relaxing in on a cold rainy night. Our host was very accommodating with our schedule and requests. The host quickly responded to our questions. We all felt at home in this amazingly beautiful home. The best AirBNB we’ve ever spent a vacation.

This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in at the smokies. The surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the back porch fireplace and TV every evening and morning. It was so quiet and peaceful, you could just enjoy nature. The amenities especially in the kitchen were great. I am use to bringing our own spices and cooking essentials, but Awnna’s place had it all. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family and we had a wonderful stay. Also we had blackout curtains! Such a small thing made a big difference in our sleep and rest. Also hermostats in each room so we were comfortable. The kitchen had so many appliances that were useful. The view was so beautiful and peaceful. Lovely sunset views over the cornfields. We had a great stay! The place was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our entire group. The location was convenient, and the beautiful views made it even more special. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, always happy to help with anything we needed. The only thing we hadn’t realized in advance was that the pool is seasonal, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The W Retreat! The home is beautiful and looked brand new inside—everything was spotless and thoughtfully put together. While the pictures are beautiful, they don’t do this home justice. The views are some of the best you can find in Sedona. I can’t imagine better views. The decks for seeing the red rocks during the day and the stars at night are amazing. The rooms are super comfortable and stylish. I hosted a group of eight women for a long weekend and we had an incredible time at this property. The hot tub and sauna are also amazing. The host communicated with us when needed and the house was easy to navigate. Walking distance to the airport loop trail with incredible views. Short drive to any place in town. Highly recommend!

Where do we start!!! The beautiful kitchen, the open floor space, the master bathroom, and the back porch; the whole house was a privilege to be at for the week to enjoy and make many memories at. Awnna had the whole space decked for royalty when we arrived. It was very clean and the place had a natural peace about it. The place really set the standard for how our vacation went. It was laid back and felt right at home. Our host was responsive and super friendly. It almost was like she knew exactly what we were asking for on our trip....... REST! 🙌 To all who are looking to book a place to get away from all the chaos and noise. I highly recommend this stay to young couples and small families. Plenty enough room to go around with 2 king beds and huge, open windows in each room. We had a great stay at Awnna's place! The ocean view from the balcony and the sunset is outstanding! The couples steps to the beach and you enjoying the clear and beautiful water! We absolutely loved this home! It was the perfect setup for our group, which included a mix of adults and kids, with plenty of space for everyone and so much to enjoy right at the house. The amenities were fantastic and gave the kids (and adults!) plenty to do when we weren’t out exploring. The star of the show was definitely the view, it was absolutely beautiful and made the home feel extra special. The house itself was just as impressive and was clean, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and even better in person. The location was also incredibly convenient. It was easy to get to and offered great proximity to both Gatlinburg and Dollywood, making it simple to enjoy everything in the area while still having a beautiful and peaceful place to come back to. Awnna was also a wonderful host - helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with during our stay. We had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend this home!

The reason we booked this property was the perfect beachfront location, clear water and white sand, which did not disappoint. There were separate areas for different family members, which was nice. Be aware that there are NO closets, and minimal areas for clothing storage in the bedrooms. Some of the bathrooms have NO counter or storage space, and no wall cabinets. The kitchen has NO cabinetry for plates and glassware and NO pantry space, so the majority of counter space is taken up by food supplies. The quality of the cookware is very poor, and the dining chairs are made of woven plastic which are very uncomfortable to sit on. Bring extra supplies for kitchen and bathroom, as there is a very minimal starting supply. There was maybe a tablespoon of soap left on the bathroom sinks that was diluted with water. There were cigarette butts left on the balconies, toys left under the couches, and the LR rug was worn and dirty. But it is all worthwhile because of the beautiful location.

We loved staying at Awnna’s place! The house was spacious and clean, it also was very quiet, we didn’t ever hear any of the neighbors while inside. The beachfront location was beautiful and there are some restaurants very close by that you can walk to. The house had lots of beach towels which was great! Our stay was awesome! The location was even better than advertised. We got to experience the wildlife and the beautiful surroundings firsthand. We saw bears every day, which was absolutely awesome! The house is tucked up in the mountains, but there’s still plenty to do at the Airbnb if you don’t want to make the short 10-minute drive into town. Aside from the amazing stay, Awnna and her team were awesome to work with. They were very helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at both properties. We rented two large residences next to each other for a family trip for 10 of us to celebrate my mother’s 86th birthday. Mom has a walker and a wheelchair was easily able to stay in the downstairs master and had direct access to the pool with a very large master bath. The rest of us enjoyed the large space that had virtually everything we needed. Thank you for a 5 star stay!

This place is a guest favorite for a reason. A wonderful, huge, beautiful cabin nestled into the mountains. Whether your plan is to relax and enjoy the expansive view of the mountains and enjoy the included amenities (free arcade games, a variety of kid games around the cabin, billiards, a hot tub, 2 community pools, etc.) or to venture out to countless local attractions, this is the place for you. The host was friendly and responsive and the check-in/checkout procedure was fast, easy and uncomplicated. On top of all of that, the place was spotless. I don't think I could have found a piece of dust even if I had a ladder and a white glove to get at those hard to reach areas. Book now for the easiest Airbnb you'll ever find.

Loved this place!! Nothing beats staying right on the beach and this house was ideal for that. I would stay here again 100%. However, this place has an interesting layout. Three of the beds are located in two rooms on the first floor, these two rooms are connected ine behind each other which means you have to go thru one room to get to the next, AND these two rooms are the only way to access the beach from the house. My family had three small babies and this layout complicated the set up. If you want to go to the beach but someone is sleeping in one of those rooms, you wouldnt be able to. If the person in the last room wants to go up to the second floor but people in the first room are sleeping, they cannot. Again, I would absolutely rent this place again, just keep in mind how you would organize your family if you come with lots of small babies.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate our three families. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home, and it had all the basic kitchen utensils and essentials we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They even checked in with us upon arrival to make sure everything was going well. There was a minor, inconsequential concern with the pool during our stay, but the host was very responsive and immediately sent someone out to address it. While it was nothing major, we really appreciated how quickly they took care of it. What really stood out was how honest and helpful the host was. We accidentally left a valuable item behind and initially thought we had lost it. The host found it, contacted us right away, and is working on getting it back to us. Our stay was a wonderful experience. This beautiful home provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The location stood out—it was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and conveniently situated right on the beach. Having access to the beach made the experience more special. Communication with the host was exceptional, being responsive, helpful, and pleasant throughout our stay made everything feel easy and seamless. The home itself was beautiful, and the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our favorite place to unwind was the first-floor fire pit, however the layout is very open, adding a little more privacy to that area may be worth considering. The outdoor grill area could also benefit from some attention, particularly its placement near the parked vehicles and trash bins, as well as the condition of the grill. We also noticed a couple of minor housekeeping details. Private beach access was wonderful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience staying here with our family. We rented both houses, and they were beautiful, spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Everything was well organized, which made it really easy for a large group to relax and enjoy the weekend together. The pools and common areas were perfect for spending time as a family. The host was also excellent. She was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or something came up, she helped us and had it resolved the same day, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had an amazing time and made some great family memories here. The location was close to the area where we wanted to be. Restaurants and grocery stores were close. None of the plugs in the bathrooms worked which made it interesting to get ready since there were no mirrors in the other bedrooms. The shower in the main bathroom was really slow to drain. The shower curtain liner was dirty and smelled musty as well as the towels. The bathroom doors were falling apart and the one in the main bedroom didn't close. The hardwood floors in the main living area were cleanish. The weeds in the yard were overgrown.

There was plenty of room for both relaxing together and having a bit of personal space, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring Naples and the surrounding area, and we appreciated having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out process easy. Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation, and we would happily stay here again. Our crew really enjoyed the house! It’s a three minute walk to the beach, which you really can’t beat!! It’s close to several public beaches and the state park entrance. We loved the pool and the hot tub! It has a shallow area for the littles but is big enough for the entire family to enjoy. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and the green space was appreciated. We loved that between the island and the tables, all of us could sit and eat. The bedrooms are all large and the bathrooms were clean and super functional. Snag one of those balcony rooms if you can because WOW! That beach view is amazing! The house has an elevator which was a must have for my grandpa who has a walker. It worked beautifully. There is a golf cart available to rent at the house which was SO helpful. There are also beach wagons and other beachy items so you don’t have to stress about packing those! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Even though a storm caught up with us during our trip, we were very fortunate to have such a beautiful, spacious home where our whole family could comfortably spend time together. The layout was perfect, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The private pool was a huge highlight and gave us plenty of fun despite the weather. We ended up feeling so comfortable that we even extended our stay by an extra day because we weren’t ready to leave! The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Great place to stay for a few nights. Host could be a little better at communicating but he did accommodate an early check in, just had a lapse in communication for four hours from the host the day before checkout when we were trying to extend because we had lots of personal stuff going on. The home is located in a quiet community. The landscaping and area is quite beautiful and clean. Close to places to eat, all within a close drive. The home is reasonably spacious I would say comfortably accommodates 4-6 people. Basic things are stocked and supplied, like paper towel, toilet paper, towels, soap, detergent. There’s a little outdoor patio space at the back. Exterior of home has cameras which is nice incase something where to happen you know there is some surveillance. However we noticed some things that could have been better. The house is heavily scented which is not ideal if you’re someone with scent sensitivity or allergies. The sheets, towels, sofa, and blankets all covered in strong perfumed scented products. Scent free would be more ideal. My wife ended up with a mild irritation on her face and found it hard to sleep the first night from the strong scented sheets. The exterior patio is nice but the cushions need washing and cleaning. Overall our stay was okay.

We liked the place. 8 of us. 4 adults and 4 kids all under 9. The pool was smaller but that was nice. The kids could jump in and we felt safe since it was only 3-4 feet deep. The rest of the house had a bathroom in each bedroom which was great and an upstairs living room the kids would chill while we were downstairs. You are 20 mins or so from downtown Naples but maybe 7 mins from Vanderbilt beach - driving to both. Could walk if you liked. House seemed newer and very open. There are some issues with water getting hot but I think they are taking care of that - isolated to one bathroom. Ton of stuff for the beach which is was perfect. Some umbrellas, chairs, wagon, and sand toys. We used the chairs but still rented loungers though at beach. Felt right at home. If we stayed longer we probably would have grilled. Would recommend.!

We had a great time using both houses for our group of 12 adults and 3 children. The layout is well done. People have privacy when needed and can gather for fun in the open living room/kitchen area. We especially loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. If you do only rent one house, you do have your own privacy from the other house. It is laid out well. If it’s affordable for you, I’d highly recommend!

Great location, basically right next to McGregor Boulevard that takes you to downtown on a very short drive and a 25 minute drive to Fort Meyers beach. The house has pretty much everything you need if you wish to cook some meals at home, but we ate out every day, so we didn't get to use the kitchen. We were there during the Super bowl and we opted to watch it at home on the big TV in the living room, which was nice. It worked for me because I have Youtube TV and was able to watch it there, but if you don't have any streaming services, I think the TV is pretty much unusable, but I could be wrong. Greg was very responsive and nice enough to let us upgrade from the one bedroom that we originally had booked to the three bedroom that became available after the first two night. I'm thankful for that, because it made our stay much more enjoyable.

Host was responsive to questions! It would have been nice to be able contact host w/o signing in every time, but that is beyond the host’s control. The house was as described. Loved having three bed choices. The only thing that could have been bigger was the bathroom. There were plenty of towels:) Good furnace…because it was cold🥶outside. Located close to many activities👍🏻 Only other thing to be aware of that the TV’s have icons for YouTube, Prime, Sling, etc. But you must link your device to TV to use them. We did not know how to do this, but we googled it!🧐😂 Would stay here again!

Nice house and floor plan. Only a few minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and about 20 from 5th Ave. Takes a long time to get hot water. Many of handled hot and cold are backwards. Pool was ice cold. Upstairs was warm. They lock thermostat. Don’t leave you much in terms of staples like garbage bags and paper towels.

We were a large group with lots of kids, and both houses were incredibly comfortable. One of them had a big dining table where we could all sit together for dinner, which was perfect. I thought the kitchen was absolutely spectacular—cooking there was truly a delight, and all the appliances were top-notch. This was an adorable farmhouse perfect for our trip to a nearby swim meet. Start to finish we absolutely loved it!! We loved the charm. Each bedroom had its own personality. One bedroom had twinkling lights that a child or anyone would love! A super cool Orange bedroom also. One large bedroom had a crib if needed. The first floor large master and master bath was amazing!! The kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer which we used a lot. The washer/dryer was great!! We loved having our chihuahua run around the fenced yard!! Hung out on the back deck playing cards and dice!! The screened porch is so cute with a hammock!! Super comfy beds and living room couch. TV’s in all the bedrooms if needed. PLENTY of plates/utensils/ cups in the kitchen. There is a really cool ice maker on the kitchen counter with the perfect size ice cubes!! Plenty of space in the driveway for multiple cars. Great communication with the host!! Loved the dining room farmhouse table! Will go back!!!

Spotless and super-comfortable—clearly well cared for. Richard and Greg replied instantly whenever I needed them. The location is very good: close to downtown and right by the golf course, where I enjoyed a quiet, early-morning run. It was nice but probably could have been a little cleaner. Bathtub did not function and with kids would have probably opted for something else if I had known. Floors dirty. Everyone had black feet. Bathroom door didn’t close. Very tight but well decorated and comfortable. Toilet was clogged but I plunged when we got in and that helped although weak flush. Check out earlier than I am used to and no response to request for early check in. (4pm is a little late to be there til 10 am for price.. just my opinion!) Light on patio glaring every time you move was a little obtrusive.

We had a wonderful weekend at Elizabeth’s home! It was comfy, bedrooms were big, kitchen was fully loaded with cooking appliances and the bathrooms were super clean! The home is 3 minutes from the Miami University Rec Center which was EXTREMELY convenient as our daughters had to be at the pool by 7:30 every morning. Elizabeth and Jerry were SUPER FAST with responses to us! They are kind and considerate hosts and I highly recommend their sweet home. We would DEFINITELY stay there again if there is another swim meet at Miami University for our team!

Greg & Richard’s places are excellent. They are very clean and comfortable. There are usually nice little extra touches, such as some bottled water in the fridge, a couple little bags of snacks, and an extra toothbrush if needed. The place is in a quiet residential neighborhood. They are very responsive to any questions you may have. Great places, highly recommend this place. As noted in the listing, it is small, but works perfectly for 1-2 people without lots of luggage. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at one of the peaceful retreats and will definitely do so again if available..

This place was exactly as expected. Looked just like the pictures and was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortably enough. All of the finishings were brand new. Two small issues, first there is a step up into the bathroom. For me this was not an issue. But had my wheelchair bound sister-in-law been with me. It would’ve been a disaster. Two, whatever they use to clean has such a strong ammonia smell it made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, this place was fantastic.

Our family had an amazing time staying here while we visited our aunt. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we had alot of privacy even being in a shared lot. The house was spotless and beautifully decoreated with all of the essentials. A perfest set up for our group of 3 couples (and 2 babies). Greg could not have been nicer in our correspondence leading up to the trip and was very responsive to questions we had upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!

At first we were wondering what the neighborhood would be like, because a few areas in the neighborhood looked sketchy but it was not a problem whatsoever… the area was quiet and the few people we encountered were nice. We were just looking for a place to sleep as we were all day at a conference. There is no kitchen but we knew that when we came but others need to understand this. The coffee Greg left for us to use was EXCELLENT I need to know what it was!! The shower was extremely clean and the bed was top notch!! We will probably book next year if it is open. Our host was very accommodating and always quick to get back to us for answering questions. Very good host A +++ service!!

Truly a gem. A very well appointed space in a beautiful and quiet location. We wanted to golf, so the Ft Myers Golf Course right there was VERY convenient. The area seemed higher end and we felt very safe and comfortable. There were a lot of little touches that truly stood out though....2 water bottles in the fridge, ketchup and mustard packets in the kitchen, Kleenex packets in the bedrooms. All of these things make me feel like the host cares about his guests. Well done. 5 Stars all around.

First, the pros: Elizabeth was incredibly responsive, and allowed us to stay for a late check out. That was wonderful. The home is very close to MU, so if that’s why you’re staying here, you’ll find you’re only a couple of minutes away. There’s a pretty big backyard, so if you are there during warmer months you could really have some nice space. The cons: the house really needs some TLC… On its own nothing was terrible. But, I think this house has some real potential that isn’t being realized. The overall number of things that you wouldn’t allow at your own house made the vibe less than ideal.

Overall our stay was OK. Very expensive for what we got but it was move in weekend at Miami. This is an old house with the old house musty smell. It was fairly clean. The biggest negative was the first floor bedroom. The mattress is really bad. My head and feet were significantly higher than my mid section. It was like a sleep number bed but only it’s not. The bed also slopes toward the bathroom which doesn’t work well when two people are in bed. If it hadn’t been so expensive to rent I would have left after one night and drove 30 minutes to the closes hotel with vacancy. The bed was that uncomfortable.

My childhood best friend and I grew up in the West Chester area. We both live in different areas of the country now, but planned this visit to hang out and attend a couple of Cincinnati Reds games. Also toured the Reds Hall of Fame. We didn’t spend too much time at the house, only to rest and sleep. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. When we lived in West Chester, it was all farmland, and now subdivisions and streets are named after those who owned the farms, and were kids we went to school with. Lots of memories were made, and we were able to visit with some family members and friends who still live in the surrounding area. Overall the Beckett Ridge home was enjoyable and comfortable. The hosts stayed in touch with us, and were receptive to our needs.

Elizabeth and Jerry were perfect hosts and were extremely responsive and accommodating from our initial reservation to our checkout. We were there for the weekend for Miami University graduation and while I was originally a little concerned about the distance to campus (35-45 minutes), it was not an issue at all. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful and in the morning it was nice to be able to go out on the running/walking paths. We also found a few nice restaurants in the area, which given how busy everything was at Miami over the weekend, was an added bonus.

Gregs place was perfect for my weekend in fort myers. Conveniently placed on US 41 and a great size for a couple. The Airbnb had everything that was needed. The bed was comfortable and the space was very functional. The only downside I had was there were hundreds of gnats in the home when i got in. Not sure if it’s always like that but it’s easily fixable with an exterminator. I would recommend this place for any couple looking for a Fort Myers get away. I will definitely book again.

The place is really nice. We went in for one night. The only trouble we had was checking in. The code did not work and it was really hot outside. We ended up getting into the house about 10 minutes later. Not a lot of time when you don’t have a screaming baby and it’s 98° outside, 10 minutes seemed like an eternity. The host was not responsive To text and a call. My husband got in touch with the property management company. However, everything else was good. The house was clean. It was beautiful nice little touches. We really liked the home.

Greg's property did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Felt right at home the moment I walked in. Clear instructions were provided with recommendations of things to do and places to eat nearby. There was a school nearby, yet we were not disturbed at all by any unexpected noises or affected by traffic. Everything we could need- including a toothbrush and toothpaste were available to us. Wir haben uns sofort in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Man ist für sich und hat genug Privatsphäre. Es gibt eine kleine Veranda, auf welcher man die Zeit draussen etwas geniessen kann. Die Wohnung ist auf den Bildern. Es hat genügend Platz und Geschirr und Tücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Greg hat uns mit guten Restaurant-Tipps ausgestattet. Das empfohlene Restaurant "the lodge" war super und können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für diesen Tipp Greg! Alles war sehr sauber und das Schlafzimmer liess sich sehr gut abdunkeln. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Great location for those visiting MU/Oxford. Critical for us was accommodating our dogs and this place worked great. Fenced in back yard with windows overlooking was very convenient. This Airbnb was wonderful! The space was clean, updated and very nice! Greg was extremely responsive when an issue arose and immediately responded. He was helpful when providing answers to my questions and offered many great places to visit. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. It was a great place and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Greg's spot, Private Retreat #4 was in a convenient, quiet location. It was presented beautifully and was perfect for a quick over night. The outdoor patio space was nice for morning coffee (which was provided with a small coffee maker).

This definitely is a "peaceful retreat" with the private fenced entrance and yard. The screened porch was an added bonus that we took advantage of every day. The house space was just enough for two people and was immaculately clean! The residential neighborhood was quiet and a perfect place for morning walks. We were close to everything that we wanted to get to - MN Twins Spring Training, the beach, and great restaurants. The downtown area that was recommended is a must see! All of our meals there were excellent. Added attractions close by were the Manatee Park/kayaking and the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve. Communications from the host were greatly appreciated and response time was so quick. I would highly recommend this property!

Greg&Richard are really superhosts👍, when we entered our unit, it looked so homy and cosy, that first I needed to double check with them, whether we came to the right place: Hi Greg&Richard, we arrived, it looks marvellous! Just want to make sure that we came in the right unit and did not break into someone’s home😊, is this the one that we are supposed to enter? Because the lights were on, the table was set for 2 with plates and wine glass, and 2 bottles of nice red wine, a blanket laid over the armchair, and the towel is hanged on in front of the bathroom? Clean and tidy, with a very comfy bed. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, if one plans to use this as a sleeping base for the night, just as we did, driving out early in the mornings to visit placed around and returned for the nights. Good value for money too!

Like all the reviews before stated, very clean. Nice place for a couple days. The only thing is no kitchen sink and no ice cube trays. We like our cocktails! There is a brand new grill and a microwave and coffee maker. We didn't use the grill because we were not sure how to clean the plates. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend just be prepared to eat out.

To my fellow AirBnB'ers I'm beginning to rethink the AirBnb experience when I am asked to clean and also being assessed a cleaning fee! For a few more dollars, I might as well get my linen changed and room cleaned daily with possible breakfast included! Having stated the aforementioned. I stayed for 7 days at Greg's place and enjoyed my entire stay. The essentials of bathroom towels, toiletries, dishes, paper towels, etc. were well provided for. The space was both clean and comfortable. And I also appreciated that public transportation was in walking distance. I will just close by reiterating that when I am on vacation, I want the piece of mind of relaxation, especially when I am paying for the service.

The place is nice, and just like the photos. Super cute house. Had a plumbing issue that would have been noticed if the tub was being cleaned. I mentioned the lack of cleaning the bathtub and was met with a very defensive response. I will say that they were responsive about the issue and sent someone out the next day to rectify.

Elizabeth and Jerry were great hosts. When I had questions, they responded immediately. One thing that stood out was when I inquired whether or not there was a high chair for our granddaughter who we were expecting to visit. Jerry looked into it and discovered there was not, so he bought one and had it there for our use upon our arrival. The home was clean and spacious. I would recommend this home for anyone who is expecting several guests. With four bedrooms, everyone had their own quiet space, yet there was plenty of room for us to gather as a family.

The area was beautiful the house was listed at 4 bedroom 2.5 bath the house overall was OK. The room in the basement was NOT livable it had a mold smell so my guest could not use it. They had to sleep on the couch with was pilling. I will say the beds was comfortable. The backyard was NOT use able the furniture was dirty. It could have use New towels (We did Not use) they was not dirty just been wash a couple of times. I did talk to the home owners they did give me a 10% refund.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at Beckett Ridge. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed morning coffee while watching the many birds in the backyard. The hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating of our specific needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were in town for a soccer tournament at Voice of America Metropark. This location was convenient. Grocery store and several restaurants are nearby. This is a GREAT house for anyone visiting Miami University. The location is excellent and it is priced very fairly. The house is very well stocked - kitchen and baths have everything that you might need. There is even a washer and dryer if you need it. There are 4 large bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable. The living room is comfortable and there are many TV's with great service throughout the house. The Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the house and patio. The dining room is large and very inviting. There is a nice patio and a screened in porch, along with a large yard. The parking in the front of the house is more than adequate for 3-4 cars. Jerry is amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions with incredible speed. We look forward to coming back to Miami and staying in this house again.

Jerry was a kind host and always promptly responded to any questions we had. His home is very clean and comfortable - some of the most comfortable beds we have slept on. The check-in and check-out process was easy. This house was very close to all of the places we wanted to visit around Cincinnati - you can get to the Reds stadium or Newport Aquarium in around 20 minutes. Such a nice spot! Decor is lovely and the place has everything you may need for a comfortable stay! We had a great time and made our relocation process way easier...We were moving from OH to NC and needed a place to stay while going through the closing of our old house. My parents are visiting from Mexico and we have a 3-year old Golden Retriever, on top of that my husband works from home so this spot had a perfect room for each of us and we felt just like home. We enjoyed the grill and the sun room! Twinkle lights added a special touch to our nights out! Elizabeth and Jerry were quick reply to all my txts during the visit and the best hosts! If we ever need to come back to OH we will definitely consider this nice place to stay again!

Jerry was great to work with and easy check-in/out process. However, we were disappointed that the place wasn't really all that clean when we arrived, there is not a full set of kitchenware for any family of normal size, and the towels were extremely musty (we had to wash them). The downstairs bedroom smelled of mildew and they should have a dehumidifier down there. The only other thing to mention is the layout is 4 levels with many stairs is not ideal for toddlers or babies.

Pros and cons depending on points of interest. The entry access is very convenient and it’s very welcoming when you walk in. Lots of space and well laid out. The beds are very comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and we did golf at the course. The outside space needed some love and attention, the lawn was not mowed yet this year and the grill is in need of cleaning or replacing. We didn’t sit outside or enjoy grilling out as planned based on the description of space on the patio. That was a bit of a bummer.

This home was perfect for our entire family! We were able to enjoy the first floor master while the kids were upstairs with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows! A great, well-decorated little quiet space close to campus. You get all sorts of benefits of being this close (everything delivers!). The fire pit out back is a great feature, and we used it frequently. Lots of space in the fenced-in yard for our dog to roam around when outside. Jerry and Elizabeth were very helpful and responsive. Tons of room and comfy beds. Be sure to check out the new trail just down the street (walking distance) at Peffer Park, we ran just about every day there and took the dog for a walk several times as well. Would definitely stay again next time I’m home visiting my family.

Affordable, good location, the owners have upgraded the decor, bedding, bathrooms, kitchen and dining area, which are all quite nice. Check-in via keypad was super easy. Nice appliances and TVs. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and it was musty, perhaps due to a recent storm. Also, the owner explained that due to the same storm and resulting water leak, the paneling in the basement was off the walls exposing some concrete and framing. However, the owner was kind enough to get us a new air mattresses to use elsewhere in the house. All surfaces, carpets, and linens seemed very clean. However, nooks and crannies like drawers, cabinets and lamps were a little dusty and in the kitchen cabinet contained perishable food like bread. The door to the shower and toilet in the master bathroom did not open completely and the door handle appeared to be very loose as did the shower handle, which actually came off in our hand at one point, but was easy to replace. The curtains in one of the guest bedrooms also fell off because the curtain rod holder was coming loose from the wall. Again, easy to replace. The house had gear appropriate for kids like pack n’ play and high chair, but the entertainment system in the living room has a lot of exposed cables, which is not ideal if you have a very little one. Owner was very communicative and welcomed our feedback.

Amazing, fun, interesting, eclectic, creative, homey... I could go on and on describing this property. It was heaven! The inside was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The OUTSIDE!!! I sat by the pool in the morning and drank my coffee. I listened to fish jump out of the water at night. There were so many nooks and crannies to explore, benches to sit on, things to look at, listen to, and just enjoy. My family loved the basement and how it was set up. We all enjoyed the mini theater and the hot tub, that was always ready to be used. I would go back to this house tomorrow if I could!

Great house with lots of room to spread out. The upstairs bedrooms all have very comfortable beds and the bathrooms are very nice as well. The house is located close to lots of shopping, restaurants, parks and just a very short drive from Cincinnati Children’s Liberty Campus. If you are in town for an extended stay, this is definitely one to consider.

Highly recommend staying here. Great location to shops and activities. We spent time at the Main Event, Topgolf and AMC Theatres which were very close to the house. There was a farmers market at a barn less than a mile from the house. Great walking paths as well. We also spent time downtown and at Newport Aquarium which was an easy 20 - 25 minute drive. We would very much like to stay here again.

Loved our stay here! So much to do you really never need to leave. Between the fire pit, pool, hot tub, kayaks, finished basement complete with big screen TV and tiki bar we had a great time and were so comfortable. Wonderful and relaxing!! Incredibly clean and very unique. Loved the amenities and all the fluffy blankets. It was a chilly in Oxford, but the house was cozy. The Corwin Natatorium and ice rink is a 3 minute drive. We will bring bikes this summer. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you. Will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room and comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group. The TVs are large and channel selections are great with plenty of comfortable seating in the livingroom. There is a nice large washer and dryer set, too. We were able to be close to our family in the area but we were close to all sorts of shoppingand entertainment. If you have young children interested in trains, I recommend EnterTRAINment!

Elizabeth's place was perfect for us to stay for a visit to Miami U. It had plenty of room, was very clean, and they did a great job offering recommendations.
