Gulf Coast Luxury Rentals was formed around one belief: a beautiful home deserves the same care as a five-star resort, and an owner should never have to think about it.
We manage a small portfolio of exceptional homes across Southwest Florida — beachfront estates in Naples, canal homes with boat lifts in Fort Myers, and the quiet islands in between. Because the portfolio is deliberately small, the same team that answers your message is the team that walks the property, briefs the housekeepers and greets your guests.
Guests book with us directly because they want a residence, not a hotel corridor. Owners work with us because they want their home protected, priced properly and reported on honestly.

Gulf Coast Luxury Rentals is a family business. The Claunch family lives on this coast, and the people who read your message are the people who walk the homes, meet your arrivals and answer the phone when something needs attention after dark.
We keep the portfolio small on purpose. It is the only way to give every guest the same unhurried welcome we would want for our own family — and to give every owner the certainty that their home is being looked after by someone who has a name on the door.
